Requirements:
* Speak and write good English
* Be proficient at customer service
* Age 16 and above
* Outspoken and friendly
* Be highly efficient at your work (E.g. multi-task)
* Passion for delivering excellent service
* Part Timer: Able to work for 3-5 days a week, including weekends & public holidays for min of 3 mths
* Full Timer: Be able to work 6 days work week, inclusive of 2 weekend, for min of 5 mths
Job scope:
* Handle Emails, Live Chat, Facebook and phone calls.
* Update website
* Serve customers when they are in store
* Prepare and mail daily orders
* Working hours 10am to 9pm. (Tuesday to Sunday, Monday closed)
* Part Timer: 3-4 days work week
* Full Timer: 6 days work week including weekends & public holidays.
Salary Range (Meals are provided):
We are paying 1.6k monthly for full timers, with first pay review in 1 month.
If you are able to meet all job requirements, expect 1.8k after the first month.
As for part timers, we are paying $5/hr with an increment of up to $6/hr.
