How to get job in singapore (working in other country)

Dear Friends,

My Name is Prakash – India (Tamil Nadu). I had Finished my DEEE on 2000 Apr (1st class with honours). I have very good experience in Total Facilities Management Filed last 10 years. Also I have worked with Major MNC Facilities Management companies. Right now I am working in Kuwait (Since 2009 Apr) as Facility Manager in UK Based MNC Company and I am living here with my family.

I wanna to move and try to settle in Singapore. Can you please suggest me, how should I get job in Singapore?? What are all the step I should take to get my job.
