Job Vacancy - Senior Technician

Main Duties :

- To carry out daily routine inspection of all M&E equipment and report any defects, brekdowns, etc in the daily occurrence book

- To check and maintain all pool equipment in the plant rooms

- To carry out minor building maintenance works such as painting, joinery, masonry repairs and basic fabrication works

- To repair and replacedefective items

- To replace electrical lighting and fixtures and carry out trouble shooting of electrical faults and running electrical wiring and water service pipe installation

- To inspect air conditioners, auxiliary equipment and lighting fittings

Salary Range : $1700-$2000

Work Week : 6 days

Roster : 0700-1500, 0900-1700, 1100-1900, 1500-2300
